What you'll get
One page like this, built from your own record.
Example Trade Co.
18 trucks · 31 roadside inspections in 2 years
Annual inspection proof missing: 7 times
Similar fleets nearby: about 2. Four of the seven came in the last 6 months.
Also repeating: driver medical cards, 3 times.
Why it keeps happening. It's usually one of three things:
- The inspection gets done, but the proof never makes it into the truck.
- Inspections slip past their due date.
- No one person owns the reminder.
The review finds which one it is, puts one person in charge, and shows what it's costing you.

What happens next
If you want it fixed
When the same item keeps getting written up, the cause is usually a system or habit that nobody owns. The review finds it and puts one person in charge.
What changes
- Stops end clean. The paperwork is in the truck and current.
- Each clean inspection helps your record, and underwriters see that record at renewal.
- One person owns it, so it stops landing on you.
How the review works
- Read the record. I sort your inspections into the areas FMCSA tracks: maintenance, hours of service and driver qualification.
- Find the system. For each repeat, I find the tool or habit that should catch it.
- Name the owner. Each one gets one person in charge.
- Give one answer: fix it, replace it, retire it or own it, with what each costs.
- Keep it. A short monthly check of your record, if you want one.
To put a dollar figure on it, I also check what you pay for: licenses and devices billed for trucks you no longer run, and trucks that barely move.
Flat fee from $1,500 for up to about 50 trucks. About two weeks. No hourly billing, no commissions.

Frank Herr has spent a decade rolling out and running business software, from the vendor's side and the customer's. Red Rose Ops works with a few companies at a time, mostly by video call and shared screen.
What Red Rose Ops doesn't do
- Red Rose Ops doesn't sell software, insurance or devices, and takes no commissions.
- Red Rose Ops doesn't give legal or insurance advice. Rule questions belong with a compliance attorney; coverage questions belong with your agent.
- No lower score or premium is promised. The review explains what the record says and what can change.
Questions
Why did you email me?
Your inspection record is public. I read the records of trade fleets and write to the ones where the same problem keeps coming up.
Is this a government service?
No. Red Rose Ops is an independent company. Inspection records are public and can be looked up by anyone. The review examines them closely.
Can you see my CSA scores?
FMCSA does not publish percentile scores for companies that haul property. Company scores can be viewed by logging in to FMCSA's site, and Red Rose Ops can walk through them.
Do I need to give you a login?
Not for a snapshot. A full review requires view access to the systems already in use.
Will this lower my insurance?
No result is guaranteed. Underwriters set prices, and your agent handles coverage. The snapshot shows what underwriters can see.
