Red Rose Operations LLC ("Red Rose Ops") runs this website.

Information collected. A snapshot request includes the information entered in the form: a USDOT number or company name, name, work email and any optional note. The source email campaign is also recorded when a link includes campaign information. This site does not use cookies or track visitors across other websites.

How information is used. Information is used to build and send the snapshot, respond to requests, and determine whether a review may help. The snapshot uses public inspection records.

Sharing. Information is not sold. Form submissions are sent through Formspree for processing and forwarded by email to frank@redroseoperations.com. Replit hosts this website. These providers handle information as needed to provide their services.

Retention. Red Rose Ops retains request information for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless deletion is requested sooner. Formspree and email copies may be retained according to those services' settings.

Your choices. Email frank@redroseoperations.com to request access, correction or deletion of stored information. A response will be sent within 30 days.
